Happy Celuloid s.r.o. was established in 1994 as an independent film and tv production and at the very beginning it was joined with activities of its spiritual agens Milan Cieslar, film director and producer who made to the moment of establishing HC two features and number of tv films.
Since 1994 production company HC has produced several prestigious commercials (more than 50) and finally in 1995 produced first feature film.
Happy Celuloid s.r.o. under Cieslar´s direction is basis of top Czech professionals and filmmakers mostly free lanced.
Happy Celuloid s.r.o. is focused to European coproductions. HC has never been a company providing services for crews abroad but ever tried to be independent and inicite projects from the very beginning.
